Duty Managers are responsible for the day to day management of The Castle Cinema, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

They open and close the building, run the cinema’s daily operations, lead the Front of House (FOH) and Supervisor team, ensure excellent customer service, and are accountable for areas of delegated responsibilities - assisting Senior Managers and Directors in a wide range of daily, weekly and ad-hoc tasks.

Reporting to: Senior Managers, Cinema Directors

Manager of: Front of House and Supervisors

Pay: £12.50ph

Hours: 24-40 hours a week. We’re open to applicants looking for both full-time and part-time work. Evening and weekend availability essential.

Holiday entitlement: equivalent of 28 days per year (calculated pro rata)

Other benefits: complimentary tickets to screenings and events in the cinema, 50% discount on food and drink at the bar.

Contract: permanent, subject to a three month probationary period
