What time are you open?
We open 30mins before the first film of the day.
During the pandemic we're asking guests to arrive no more than 15 minutes before the show start time.

Can I bring a pushchair?
Yes, although we have stairs, there is a buzzer which can be used to alert staff, who can help carry pushchairs, etc.

Are you wheelchair accessible?
Despite our best efforts to ensure we can accommodate as broad a range of guests as possible, due to the age of the building and our first floor location we have not been able to make the cinema wheelchair accessible as of yet. However, we have created a detailed access statement to provide as much information about our facilities as possible.

Can I share my member discount with others?
The member ticket discount is designed as a benefit for the member themselves, so it can only be used once per performance, and can't be used when using free tickets. However we've made the other member benefits more inclusive - you can use your member discount for unlimited food & drink at the bar, and you can use more than one free ticket for the same performance if you wish.

Do you do cheap tickets for concessions?
Instead of concessionary tickets we offer a concessionary membership, which includes a free ticket plus all our other member benefits for the year, including 20-50% off tickets and 10% off at the bar. You can purchase concessionary membership here, and book using the free ticket straight away... Alternatively, we're at the box office every evening. :)

Can I use my free member tickets online?
To take advantage of your free tickets you need to do the following:

  1. Select the screening you want to attend, you'll then be taken to the ticket selection page
  2. Select member tickets, according to the number of free tickets you want to use
  3. Click "add to basket" then "continue" on the following page
  4. You'll then be asked to Log In. Continue through the following pages.
  5. When you get to the "Apply Discounts" page, you will have the option of assigning up to two tickets under "3. Assign Individual Tickets to Members in the Group". Select each of these as applicable.
  6. Press "4. Apply Membership Discounts" and the total due should update
  7. Select "Continue"...
We realise it's clunky, and we're working with our ticketing partner to improve it over time... but it does work once you know how. :)
